Obituary for Muhammad E. Usman
Mr. Muhammad E. Usman, formerly known as Percy E. Palmer was born on January 24, 1949 in Jacksonville, Florida. He attended the local schools in Duval County, graduating from William M. Raines High School, Class of 1967. Mr. Usman served in the United States Army and worked as a Porter for a number of years in the hotel business. He loved to travel and lived in many interesting places.
Mr. Usman passed away in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Wednesday, September 21, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, David Palmer, Sr. and Juanita Cross Palmer; two brothers, David Palmer, Jr. and Johnathon Palmer.
Mr. Usman is survived by four sisters, Carolyn Wise, Bonita Cash, Belinda Palmer, and Angela Palmer; brothers, Ronald Palmer and Daryl Palmer; a host of nieces; nephews; uncles; aunt, Johnnie Palmer Byrd; and cousins.
